FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is included in your tours?

In any tour, high quality safety equipment, licenses, insurance, qualified guides, photos and videos from the trip are included!

Can we do Canyoning / Coasteering if it rains?

When it rains is the best day to do Canyoning or Coasteering! Why? Because we will get wet any way!! We will only cancel the tour if the water level is too high or if we have a stormy weather alert.

What do I need to bring?

Swimsuit on and towel. You can bring a lycra shirt / rash vest to use as a first layer, medication (if required), hairband, snack and water to regain energy afterwards.

What is the minimum and maximum age to do Canyoning / Coasteering?

For our Canyoning Experience and Coasteering tours, the minimum age is 6 years old. For the Canyoning Adventure is 8 years old minimum. The maximum age we can have on our tours is 75 years old.

What’s the difference between Canyoning Experience and Canyoning Adventure?

The Canyoning Experience is a 3-hour tour! It's very aquatic and includes jumps! It's a very easy-going tour for all ages and guarantee pure fun!

The Canyoning Adventure is a 5-hour tour! It does not include jumps but has bigger waterfalls and amazing ziplining! This tour is good for the ones who seek a little challenge and more adrenaline!

What if I don’t feel comfortable to do the jumps?

The jumps are not mandatory and there are always alternatives (putting a rope to rappel down or even a path alongside the canyoning were you can "escape" and see the others jump).

I don’t know how to swim. Can I do a Canyoning / Coasteering tour?

Swimming ability is recommended but not required. Please advise your guide if you can’t swim, so he can manage the tour accordingly.

I don’t have a car. Can you pick me up?

It’s possible to provide a transfer service with an extra fee from any location at the island according to availability.

Can we do Canyoning / Coasteering during the winter?

Yes! Winter means more water on the stream and that means extra fun! Our temperatures never get to low so, we are able to do our tour yearlong!

Can I take glasses with me?

You can bring your glasses, but make sure to bring a strap. We have some, but they are limited in number. The same happens with sunglasses, but note that we will be on the shade most of the time. If you can, please bring contact lenses instead of glasses.

Can we bring medication during the tour?

If you have any kind of medical condition that we should be aware of, please inform the guides about it. If you need to use your medication during the tour (such as asthma inhalers), you can give them to our guides. They will keep it safe in waterproof bags and make it available for you in case you need it.
